Nick Thornhill

As a 16 year old boy, I prayed and asked God what He wanted me to do with my life. That’s around the time that I met the man that would teach me what it meant to be a Personal Trainer. It was clear to me that this is what I was called to do.  Now, here I am 10+ years later, walking that very path. I’ve helped people build up their strength to do things that they never thought possible. The most fulfilling part of being a coach is watching their limited beliefs be broken down and seeing new life shine through them in a way they didn’t expect. I love to watch people become strong and confident, able to regain their lives back and more. After competing in Men’s Physique, K1 Kickboxing, & Powerlifting, I have seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to health & fitness. So, my mission now is to make it easier for the person next in line.

I'm Branda Thornhill

The start of my journey looked like a chubby girl on the couch eating ramen noodles because I didn’t like what my mom made for dinner. I had no idea that one day I would be helping others who struggled with the same things I did. Feeling hopeless, heavy, slow, drained, and confused. Having someone to guide me in my health & fitness connected all the dots and helped me lose 100 lbs and gain loads of strength. I went from being a couch potato to competing in Powerlifting & Strongman. This has changed my life & I want to share my knowledge with others so they too can experience a new life of possibilities.

Nick became my coach during a time in my life when things were hard. I decided I needed a change and so Nick became my coach.

I started his program and begin working towards goals. I was able to lower my A1c with exercise and diet along with my endocrinologist.

  • 6 Week   Strength Kick-Starter: (4 day a week split, Simple Body Building Style workouts )

  • 6 Week   Plateau Breaker 2.0:  (4 days a week split, Strength & Power workouts )
